A nonmotorized transportation art expo in Sheboygan is exploring the Bike/Walk Pilot’s impact on Sheboygan County’s way of life. Kohler Arts Center artists-in-residence Scott and Ene Constable find inspiration in the “budding cultural shift” they’ve observed as residents “begin to embrace nonmotorized transportation thanks to Sheboygan County’s $25 million federally funded pilot program aimed at spurring more people to travel on foot or by bicycle.” (Art on the move.
